Lydia Pierre has been shaping executive personal brands for more than 13 years. In her role as Senior Director of Brand Management at PBG, she has learned what people need to launch and sustain their personal brands.
Lydia sat down with Nick Westergaard on his On Brand podcast to talk about why you need a personal brand, and what you need to know to get started. Here are some of the highlights that stuck out to me.
This issue was originally published in January of 2022. I didn’t produce a new episode because I spent the past week at the Creator Economy Expo and it was an incredible experience. I got to spend time and learn from a wide array of people who are all really passionate about what they do. It was inspiring.
I collected some of the things I learned in this LinkedIn post.
I drew sketches of the keynote speakers on my iPad because I wanted to do something as a counter-programming to all of the AI talk and generative AI.
I was recently on Kirupa’s podcast where I got to talk about why I’m focusing more on creating custom sketches as you see above, and many other things I’ve learned from creating this newsletter. Check it out!
If you have a podcast or other content you want to get in front of nearly 1,000 marketing and business leaders, check out my sponsorship opportunities. This newsletter has a 70-95% view rate for each issue.
Thank you to everyone who skims this on a regular basis. It means a lot!
